Clearing a century-old renovation mess in Anderson Park
We showed up to a pre-1920 home renovation site in Anderson Park where dust and debris coated every surface and the narrow street made maneuvering tough. The crew faced heaps of old plaster, wood scraps, and broken bricks, all piled high from days of work. Neighbors were already complaining about the clutter and dust settling on cars and lawns. Without quick removal, the project risked delays and a strained community vibe.
We rolled in our mid-size roll-off dumpster, carefully positioned for tight street access, and got to work hauling off the heavy, dusty debris. Using our smaller bobcat to load heavy chunks sped the job up. Within 48 hours, the site was clear of old materials, letting the crew move forward with fresh drywall and flooring. The neighbors noticed the difference, and the contractor called us for future projects in the hood.
"They made the mess disappear fast, letting us focus on the build without complaints."
